My Executive Desk collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and any data you enter into the app (projects, inbox items, contacts, schedule, finances). With your permission, we also access your Google Calendar and Gmail data to power productivity features.
We use your information solely to provide and improve the My Executive Desk experience. Your data is never sold to third parties. Google account data is used only to display your calendar events and emails within the app.
My Executive Desk's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum scopes necessary and do not share Google user data with third parties.
Your data is stored securely using the Base44 platform. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
